How the calculator works

Totals use each plan's published month-to-month price, or its per-month price billed yearly when you pick yearly billing (or when that's the only price the vendor shows). Plans the vendor prices per seat, user or member are multiplied by the seats you enter; flat team prices (such as Krea Business, one price for up to 50 members) and team plans whose seat basis is not published are counted once. Where a vendor lists several prices for one plan (for example "$100, $200 or $500"), the lowest is used and the line says "from".

Savings are arithmetic on the same published numbers. Sure savings change nothing about what you get: paying yearly where the vendor prices it lower, or not paying twice for one subscription. If it still covers you savings depend on your usage, so each one quotes the vendor's published limits for you to check: a cheaper plan of the same tool, keeping one of two tools in the same category, or a free plan.

Plans whose price isn't published can't be added. We never rank or suggest on affiliate deals or sponsorship. Prices in USD, excluding tax.

AI subscription cost questions

How much do AI subscriptions cost?

Of the 53 AI tools we track, the cheapest paid individual plans start around $4.99/mo and the top individual plans reach $500/mo. Most chat assistants and coding tools sell a main plan at about $20/mo. Pick yours above to total them.

How does the calculator find savings?

It only uses prices and limits the vendors publish: a yearly-billing price lower than the monthly one, a cheaper plan of the same tool (shown next to its published limits so you can check it still covers you), two plans that are the same subscription, two tools in the same category, and free plans. It never estimates usage or invents a price.
